The first one I chose is http://www.kristenswanson.org/ because it gave an overview of how we can look at something as having more than one purpose. What may seem obvious, not always is and it also helps us gauge what prior knowledge is of our students. Experience is a very direct way to learn and something I would want to have in my classroom with practice.
The second one I chose is http://www.techfridge.com/. This blog gives links to information that are very useful in the classroom with direct instruction on how to use them. These appear to be applications I can use with my students and also gives information on free technology for teachers.
Look like two good sources of information. Thanks for sharing. I review one article under the Tech Fridge blog :Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs - When and Why to Use Each - A very concise helpful review and tool.
ReplyDeleteBoth very interesting blogs. The Kristen Swanson site has a good mix of educational theory reflection and tech tools insights. She seems to have a blog with a well rounded view. I thought the Tech Fridge really supports what we have speed learned in class the last couple days - so much helpful reinforcement and free stuff. Thanks for choosing these!
